About Lucy

Hi, I’m Lucy and I create wellbeing retreats & trainings locally/online. I’m from the beautiful Norfolk Broads and have been enjoyong sharing our offerings now for 10 years! We run our group courses once a year and have now proudly certified over 100+ students with a thriving successful alumni community!

Mother of two lively sweet boys and originally a School Teacher, I found my ‘zen’ with yoga when studying for my MA Advanced Educational Practice. I now share accredited courses in a variety of Holistic treatments and therapies that I am qualified in such as Yoga & Soundbaths | Hypnotherapy, NLPCoaching, EFT & Hypnobirthing | Astrology, Tarot & Human Design Consultations | Reiki, Crystal & Shamanic Healing | Rune, Palmistry & Tea Leaf Reading

My passion and my purpose in creating Yoga with Lucy is to share these self care practices and help people use them to find their happiness, balance and express themselves and with others.
