WHAT IS A DOULA? A Doula is a trained, non-medical professional who assists you in pregnancy, birth and beyond! We help prepare you for parenthood in a practical, informed and resourceful way. Providing individual tailored support and advocacy for your preferences if/when required, ensuring you are listened to and your sacred birthing space is honoured. Our continuity of care and specialist service builds reassurance and positive outcomes for this special time. (Statistics show that having a Doula can lead to,- a 50% reduction in c-section rates – 25% shorter labour – 60% reduction in epidurals – 30% reduction in requests for pain relief – 40% reduction of forceps/ventouse -Klaus, Kennell and Klaus 1993) Booking any of our services insure you have someone with you, you can trust with DBS check and full insurance. BIRTH DOULA (£555) We will go on call 24/7 from around week38 and attend your place of birth to support you through labour and birth

POSTPARTUM DOULA (4hrs £222) Postnatal session/s supporting Infant Feeding & Sleep Support, Practical hands on care for baby/siblings/cleaning/cooking, Emotional support, Debrief of your Birth Experience, Bonus Self Care Gift Bag of goodies
