PREGNANCY YOGA

Gentle, welcoming and safe space to connect with your growing baby, other mums to be and embrace the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy! Each week we will focus on a different element of pregnancy and provide techniques and yoga postures adjusted to your specific needs dependent on your trimester or special circumstances. Using the support of blocks, straps, blankets and cushions. Finishing with relaxation, Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga), warming cups of tea and time to share tips, advice and support each other!

BABY & POST NATAL YOGA + MASSAGE

Newborn • Active Baby • Toddler 

A fun, friendly, relaxing space to connect with yourself and your Baby and develop in harmony! Learning positive touch, gentle stretches, movements and holding techniques that help encourage baby’s natural development and encourage their emotional well-being. Movements are sensory to songs and rhymes, helping to promote positive interaction and brain development as well as language skills. These sessions are relaxed and babies needs come first so if that means they want to be vocal, feed or sleep instead of taking part of the whole class that is up to them.

Nourishing postnatal yoga to help with any common postnatal ailments and postnatal recovery. Encouraging good posture, the strengthening of different areas of the body safely, including the deep core and pelvic floor muscles and realignment of the body as a whole after pregnancy.

AERIAL YOGA

A slow, low and calming experience where we explore how we can ground down, surrender our weight, deeply releasing, resting our mind and body in the nurturing silk cocoon like nature of the hammocks. With the extra support of the sling we allow our bodies to completely soften, surrender, and invert effortlessly. But also lift ourselves within the support and comfort of an aerial fabric to release tension, tightness and settle into the comfort of our own bodies. Feeling weightless, with ease, as if peacefully floating in the clouds and light as a feather. Calming the nervous system and boosting the immune system. A beautiful wind down or reset for all levels and abilites, taking our self-care routines to new heights…

SUP YOGA

Explore the beautiful Broads or North Norfolk beaches where you’ll be able to simply relax in nature or unwind and stretch towards more challenging movements. Mindfully paddling and optional wild swimming. All ages and abilities welcome.
