200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals

Why work with me? I am not your ordinary Yoga Teacher! I offer a holistic toolkit of different wellness modalities to integrate into your self care practice. Wellbeing isnt singular! One way doesn’t work for everybody and I teach people to take what they need based on how they feel and what they need at the time. We need different things on different days and I can train you and show you how you and your future clients can use these methods to create their very own health toolbox! People want their own personalised journey, a bespoke framework so they can be self reliant and ‘pull the leavers’ when they want, how they want. In the society that we are living in today the importance of rest to reset from all the digital burnout, guilt from not being productive can be a drain on our mindy body and emotions. One way will not be the ‘magic silver bullet’ to fix all our problems but recharging, realigning and getting back to nature, to our natural rythms and cycles, rewilding will send us on our way….

What our students say

Her knowledge and teaching approach was thoughtful, calm and considered.

I was lucky enough to share one of Lucy’s first teaching weekends back in 2022, after loving a few of her day retreats I was sure it would be a fabulous experience. Lucy embodies everything yoga and is just generally a wonderful human to be around and to learn from. I already had a passion for yoga and a desire to teach myself, but this weekend confirmed this and inspired me to pursue my dreams.

Sadly, her 200 hour course was not available back in 2022, but if it had been, I would have been applying immediately! Thank you Lucy for being part of my yoga journey.

“Lucky to have 1:1 training”

I finally got round to completing my Advanced Yoga Teacher training (Day 1) with Lucy on Saturday, after doing my initial training a couple of years ago. It was such lovely day and I was lucky enough to have my training 1:1. Such lovely resources, ideas and opportunities to chat and discuss best practice

“I could fit it around other commitments and really got to test out my practical skills”

I experienced both a weekend retreat and bespoke 1-2-1 Yoga training with Lucy. Each of those were delightful in their own ways. The retreat accommodation was so beautiful, food was delicious and it was lovely to connect with others but I also enjoyed the personal 121 day too. I could fit it around other commitments and really got to test out my practical skills. Lucy is both a fantastic teacher and a lovely person! Highly Recommend

2. Teaching Practice and Methods

This course puts a lot of emphasis on actually learning to teach, and so 40% of the total hours are spent learning to use the voice and to structure and modify classes.

A structured program to offer a Beginners course will be followed.
