1.Reiki 1 (Self Healing) Training

Module 1: PRINCIPLES & HISTORY

-Theory: Origins and methodology of Reiki 

-Practical: Demonstrating understanding of Principles

Module 2: MEDITATIONS 

-Theory: Exploring the science of breathwork, meditation and visualisations for balance

-Practical: Adapting and leading either breathwork, meditation or visualisation in groups or 1:1. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback.

Module 3: HAND POSITIONS 

-Theory: Understanding the hands on and hands off approaches of our caringly placed hands

-Practical: Practicing the process of using touch to allow relaxation, time and space for our natural endocrine, nervous and immune systems to work effectively

Module 4 CHAKRAS

-Theory: Learning the attributes of The 7 Chakra energy centres

-Practical: Workshop example working with The 7 Chakras

Module 5 ANIMAL REIKI 

-Theory: Adapting reiki ‘universal life energy’ for a variety of needs

-Practical: Workshop examples working with this powerful and gentle tool for mind, body and emotions.

Module 6 APPLYING & DEMONSTRATING SKILLS

2.Reiki 2 (Practitioner) Training

Module 1: ANCIENT SIGNS & SYMBOLS 

-Theory: Origins and methodology of Signs & Symbols 

-Practical: Demonstrating knowledge and drawing of different Signs & Symbols 

Module 2: DISTANCE HEALING 

-Theory: Understanding the techniques for this powerful but gentle process of Distance Healing for the mind, body and emotions.

-Practical: Workshop examples working with this powerful and gentle tool for mind, body and emotions.

Module 3: ETHICS & CLIENT CONSULTATION 

-Theory: Understanding the ethics, best practice and standards for Reiki

-Practical: Planning and creating a consultation form and consultation for a client

Module 4: CRYSTALS & GRIDS 

-Theory: History and Principles of Crystals

-Practical: Healing yourself and others with Crystals grids

Module 5: PILLARS OF REIKI

-Theory: Understanding the foundations of Reiki ‘universal life energy’

-Practical: Demonstrating knowledge of this re-energising experience of Reiki to promote clarity, emotional release and increased sensation in the areas being worked on. 

Module 6: APPLYING & DEMONSTRATING SKILLS

3.Reiki 3 (Master) Training

Module 1: ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

-Theory: Tuning into The 7 Chakra energy bodily systems and demonstrations to explore balancing the 7 major energy

– Practical: Workshopping on understanding the 7 chakra energy centres.

Module 2: CHANTING & SOUND

-Theroy: History of Sound and sacred instruments

-Practical: Healing yourself and others with soundbaths and 1:1 sessions

Module 3: LIGHT LANGUAGE & PSYCHIC SURGERY

-Theory: Exploring these disciplines with workshop demonstrations of raising our vibration, using intentions to aid in concentration in meditation.

-Practical: Adapting and leading activations with light language and ‘psychic surgery’.

Module 4: REIKI GIFTS & EVERYDAY LIFE

-Theory: Adapting reiki ‘universal life energy’ for a variety of uses such as food and gifts

-Practical: Workshop examples to explore this deeper sense of connection to our surroundings, with others, seeing things a new, brighter, richer, more vivid and recognising the beauty all around.

Module 5: ATTUNEMENTS FOR HEALING

-Theory: Adventuring into the process of offering Attunements and downloads that allow us to dream, see colours, patterns and relive memories.

-Practical: Applying the Attunements for a variety of needs to awaken revitalised with a deeper sense of connection

Module 6: APPLYING & DEMONSTRATING SKILLS

4.Reiki 4 (Teacher) Training

Module 1: SACRED SPACE

-Theory: Exploring setting up a special sacred sanctuary for reiki with demonstrations and the principles of ritual, altars and energy healing to cleanse and protect a space for participants. 

-Practical: Adapting and leading all or part of a ‘power up’ sequence for yourself or group in the community that you choose. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback

Module 2: MANIFESTATION 

-Theory: Exploring the science of manifestation, meditation and visualisations to reach our goals

-Practical: Adapting and leading manifestation techniques in groups or 1:1. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback.

Module 3: TIBETAN & USUI TRADITIONS

-Theory: Origins and methodology of the different lineages of Reiki 

-Practical: Demonstrating understanding of the foundations 

Module 4: ATTUNEMENTS FOR TEACHING

-Theory: Adventuring into the process of offering Attunements and downloads that allow us to dream, see colours, patterns and relive memories.

-Practical: Applying the Attunements for a variety of needs to awaken revitalised with a deeper sense of connection

Module 5: REIKI SHARES 

-Theory: Understanding the methodology of teaming up with other practitioners with different levels of experience to offer reiki in a shorter private session. 

-Practical: Practicing working together with Receiving and giving the benefits of reiki with the support and amplification of others.
