Our personable course is a suitable beginners or refreshers theory and practical guide into deepening your own personal practice into everyday life and creating an inclusive practice for others, family friends, work and community! You will learn the popular unique framework I have shared locally and internationally over the last 10 years to create your own dynamic evolving self care practice to empower the mind, body and soul throughout the seasons of the year and life! Find your own balance, happiness, creativity and share your unique gifts with the world!

Preparing and giving you the tools you need to share this knowledge with others to create yoga wellbeing initiatives and projects suitable for the Office, Nursery/School lessons, clubs, curriculum Staff Meetings/CPD. Offering programmes for Pregnancy, Baby, Post Natal, Children, Teens, Family, Special Needs and Elderly. Learning how to create Retreats Workshops, Weekly Classes, Courses, Private Sessions, Celebrations, Festivals, Birthdays and Hen Doos.

Module 1: Reiki & Chakras 10:15-11:45
– History and Principles of Reik
-Working with The 7 Chakras energy centres and applying Chakras to Reiki

Module 4: Sound Healing 2:15-3:45
– History of Sound and sacred instruments
– Healing yourself and others with soundbaths and 1:1 sessions

Module 5: Tarot 11:45-1:15
– History of Tarot & Read a variety of Tarot spreads for yourself for week and month ahead.
– Interpret Tarot spreads for others for past, present and future.

Module 6: Shamanic Healing 2:15-3:15-Theory: History and principles of Shamanism and working with the Four Elemental Directions and smudging to cleanse, protect and ground us. Workshop demonstrations into adventuring on meditative journeys to find your Animal Spirit Guides, your Tree of Life special safe place to connect to your deeper intuitive self. Through Lucid Dreaming travelling to Upper and Lower Worlds to receive messages, symbols, gifts and returning with new deeper understandings.
-Practical: Adapting and leading either breathwork, meditation or visualisation in groups. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback
