Our personable courses are a suitable beginners or refreshers theory and practical guide into deepening your own evolving self care practice into everyday life and creating an inclusive practice for others, family, friends, work, schools and community! You will learn the popular unique framework I have shared locally and internationally over the last 10 years to create your own dynamic evolving self care practice to empower the mind, body and soul throughout the seasons of the year and life! Find your own balance, happiness, creativity and share your unique gifts with the world! Preparing and giving you the tools you need to share this knowledge with others to create yoga wellbeing initiatives and projects suitable for the Office, Nursery/School lessons, clubs, curriculum Staff Meetings/CPD. Offering programmes for Pregnancy, Baby, Post Natal, Children, Teens, Family, Special Needs and Elderly. Learning how to create Retreats Workshops, Weekly Classes, Courses, Private Sessions, Celebrations, Festivals, Birthdays and Hen Doos.

FRIDAY 6pm: Arrival 6:30pm  Shamanic, NLP & Hypnotherapy Creative Workshop (Setting intentions and activities for weekend) 7pm: Vegetarian/Vegan Supper 8:30pm onwards: Fire Place/Fire Pit under the stars roasting marshmallows (Free time for walks, reading, journaling, treatments etc)
SATURDAY INTRO COURSE: DAY 1 WELCOME CIRCLE & REFRESHMENTS: 10-10:15: Enjoying herbal teas and seasonal refreshments whilst creating a personal intention and focus for our course and time together and drawing a Tarot Card.MODULE 1: PRINCIPLES OF AYURVEDA 10:15-11:45 – Theory: Identifying the 3 energy states of Kapha(earth and water) Pitta(fire) and Vata(air and ether) within us with texts and questionnaires – Hatha Yoga Practice: Balancing the 3 energy states of Kapha Pitta and Vata with the sun salutation sequence and relaxation.MODULE 2: THE 8 LIMBS OF YOGA: 11:45-1 -Theory: Identifying in our daily lives the practices and observations of yamas: ashimsa (non-violence), asteya (non-stealing), satya (truthfulness), aparigraha (non-possessiveness), and brahmacharya (celibacy or fidelity). -Practices and observations of niyama: Saucha (cleanliness),  Santosha (contentment), Tapas (discipline), Svadhyaya (self study) (surrendering to a higher power) – Vinyasa Yoga Practice: Applying the practices and observations of yamas and niyamas into the moon salutation sequence and relaxation.VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN LUNCH 1-2: Coming together to enjoy warm, nourishing, seasonal soup, sides and locally produced desert and fruit. You are welcome to explore the garden, enjoy optional Massage Treatments,/ Healing Therapies, beach and countryside walks. MODULE 3: PRANAYAMA BREATH, MEDITATION & VISUALISATION 2:-3:45pm -Theory: Exploring the science of breathwork, meditation and visualisations to balance the different Ayurvedic doshas. Breathwork (Fire breath, Ujjayi Breath, Alternative Nostril Breath) Meditation (Mindful Body Scanning, Candle gazing) and Yoga Nidra Visualisations. -Practical: Adapting and leading either breathwork, meditation or visualisation in groups. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback.CLOSING CIRCLE, Q&A & GIFT: As we end with a cuppa and reflect on our day we receive our Intro Course Certificates and enjoy a little Reiki infused gift to take away to help take our intentions forward! 4pm-5pm: Free time for walks, reading, journaling, optional Massage Treatments etc
SUNDAY: ADVANCED COURSE: DAY2WELCOME CIRCLE & REFRESHMENTS: 10-10:15: Enjoying herbal teas and seasonal refreshments whilst creating a personal intention and focus for the day with Tarot Cards.MODULE 4: ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY, AND TEACHING METHODOLOGIES 10:15-11:45 – Theory: Tuning into The 7 Chakra energy bodily systems and workshop demonstrations to explore balancing the 7 major areas of our anatomy and physiology. (root earth hips, navel water flow creativity, core fire strength, air heart balance, ether expression neck/shoulders) – Practical: In groups creating lesson plans, adapting and leading a Warror Flow Sequence  focusing on the chakra energy centres.MODULE 5: Chanting, Mantras, Mudras, Binds & Bandhas: 11:45-1:15 -Theory: Exploring these disciplines and workshop demonstrations of chanting (raising our vibration to oneness) mantras (intentions repeated to aid in concentration of meditation), mudras (hand gestures), binds (holding our energy in body locks with hands and feet) and bandhas (locks in the body to contain energy). -Practical: In groups adapting and leading either the Warrior Flow to include either chanting, mantras, mudras, binds and bandhas. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback.VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN LUNCH 1-2: Coming together to enjoy warm, nourishing, seasonal soup, sides and locally produced desert and fruit. You are welcome to explore the garden, enjoy optional Massage Treatments,/ Healing Therapies, beach and countryside walks.MODULE 6: THERAPEUTIC APPROACH TO YOGA 2:-3:45 -Theory of contraindications and safeguarding using supports of chairs, blocks, straps, props in workshop demonstrations for Yoga for Pregnancy, Baby, Post Natal, Children, Teens, Family, Special Needs, Elderly Chair Yoga. The business of organising Yoga for Retreats Workshops, Weekly Classes, Courses, Private Sessions, Celebrations, Festivals, Birthdays, Hen Doos, Acro Yoga, Aerial Yoga and SUP Yoga. Exploring how to create programmes of Yoga at Work, Office, Nursery/School lessons, clubs, curriculum Staff Meetings/CPD, -Practical: Adapting and leading all or part of a yoga sequence for yourself or group in the community that you choose. Together we will join in with your sequence and can offer constructive feedback.CLOSING CIRCLE, Q&A & GIFT 3:45pm As we end with a cuppa and reflect on our day we receive our Advanced Course Certificates and enjoy a little reiki infused gift to take away with us and carry all we have learnt into the days and weeks ahead!4pm-5pm: Free time for walks, reading, journaling, optional Massage Treatments etc
