Explore the beautiful River Wensum as we adventure to a special oasis in the heart of the city during sunset. Enjoy SUP Yoga with where you’ll be able to simply relax in nature or unwind and stretch towards more challenging movements. Mindfully paddling back along the riverbank for optional wild swimming and/or well-earned pub refreshments. All ages and abilities welcome.
