FRIDAY

6:30pm Opening Circle Cacao Ceremony + Tarot & Soundbath
7pm: Vegetarian/Vegan Supper, Sides and Dessert
8:30pm onwards: Tea & Cake by the Fire Place/Fire Pit under the stars roasting marshmallows

SATURDAY
8– 9.30am: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow + Astrology Journalling
9:30am: Vegetarian/ Vegan Continental Breakfast
10:30-1:15pm:Free time for Treatments, relaxing, reading and walking
1:15pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan Seasonal Lunch, Sides and Dessert
2:15pm – 5pm: Free time for Treatments, Sauna & Icebath, relaxing, reading and walking
5 – 6:30pm: Gentle Yin + Yoga Nidra & Crystals + Reiki Healing
7pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan Dinner, Sides and Dessert
8:30pm onwards: Tea & Cake by the Fire Place/Fire Pit under the stars roasting marshmallows

SUNDAY
8– 9.30am: Restorative Hatha + Tea Ceremony & Palm Reading
